I had a hard, challenging day at work today. But I pulled through and I was feeling good again. Then I confided in someone whom I thought would be sympathetic, and instead they treated me like I’m an idiot. So the dam burst. I got extremely upset, cried, and then got a bit pissed off. Carrie Ann suggested on Twitter that I write about working from home. So, I’m going to. I’ve already talked about some of the advantages to working from home, but there are others. One is that it’s easier to keep an eye on my mom. See, she’s in her late sixties and doesn’t get around very well, and can also be pretty forgetful. Truly a very good alternative to buttons. Now while the actual body of the toy is made of silicone, the base/handle is a hard plastic except for the...

Today was mostly a chill day. I’m usually on my computer for most of my waking hours, but today I actually spent time watching TV with the family. Hell’s Kitchen is a favorite, so we watched that and Ramsay’s new show Master Chef. It’s a great show. I find it more thrilling and emotional than Hell’s Kitchen. The contestants are literally home cooks. People from all walks of life. I was so hyped watching the intro to it and I...
