It never ceases to amaze me when I receive a highly coveted, pricey toy for free in exchange for a review. There hasn’t been many reviews of the Ina just yet. That’s how new she is and how hard she is to get a hold of. And yet, she’s in my clutches now.
Gorgeous, isn’t she? She continues my purple toy streak. One of these days I may even find myself admitting that purple is one of my favorite colors. I have just one negative thing to say at the moment, and I wonder if I’m alone in this: The shaft of the Ina smells like a magic marker. I’ve smelled this before with another LELO toy and I think I even mentioned it in a review. *goes to look* OK, so I guess I didn’t mention it in a review. But I know that another LELO toy had that magic marker smell, and I don’t know why I left it out of the review. I swear my mind is going with my increasing age.
Right now, Ina is resting comfortably on my bed, charging away in her satin bag.
I am pretty damn excited about trying her out. Perhaps I’ll give her a go tonight.
My first one (orange) smelled like charcoal and chemicals, while my second one (green) is smell free. Huh. Makes me want to take a trip back to Suzhou to take a look at the Lelo factory.
You suck. I want one.
Have fun with it, though. Looks so pretty.
I’m wondering if the magic marker smell could be a result of the cold temps, the packaging, and the silicone…some kind of reaction. The good news is that after a cleaning the smell is nearly non-existent.
heh Thanks.
