About Me Kristi. 30-something. I write about things kinky & sexual (& things that aren't). I also review sex toys & write essays for Eden Cafe. These are my words, my thoughts, my opinions--on this, my personal blog--& are not influenced by my employer, Eden Fantasys. Any resemblance to their words, thoughts or opinions is completely coincidental. Are we clear? Pain & things

Something went wrong with my back and right leg the Friday before last. I was sat at my desk working with maybe 3 hrs left of work, when all of a sudden my lower back started killing me. More than once I was tempted to beg off from finishing work, but I never did. The next day I went grocery shopping at our huge Wal-Mart SuperCenter and that nearly did me in. I was in so much pain. I’ve been in this pain at varying degrees ever...

Need

I’ve been very antsy and restless of late. I need some things that I’m not currently getting. One thing I need is some Skype time with one of my boys. Alas, that won’t be happening for a while. A has a new live-in girlfriend so he hasn’t been on Skype of late. I’m extremely happy for him, but I realize it’ll be harder for him to find time to talk to me. We didn’t speak all that often to begin...

Whoops

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, I failed my challenge to write 30 posts in 30 days. Thursday was a good day that turned shitty that night with an argument with T, and it wasn’t until I was in bed that I realized I hadn’t posted. I was exhausted Friday and just didn’t care to write. However, today has been a good day. I watched a couple excellent episodes of Top Gear and I got paid. Woot! OK, that’s not...

A hard day’s night

I had a hard, challenging day at work today. But I pulled through and I was feeling good again. Then I confided in someone whom I thought would be sympathetic, and instead they treated me like I’m an idiot. So the dam burst. I got extremely upset, cried, and then got a bit pissed off. The fact that my predictably unpredictable period could start any day now doesn’t help. And then a little while later I get an unexpected...

Nice job if you can get it

Carrie Ann suggested on Twitter that I write about working from home. So, I’m going to. I’ve already talked about some of the advantages to working from home, but there are others. One is that it’s easier to keep an eye on my mom. See, she’s in her late sixties and doesn’t get around very well, and can also be pretty forgetful. Because she’s stubborn and refuses to delegate chores to other family...
